Bush said Rumsfeld "doing a very fine job"...does this mean he's on the way out?

In Bush's first term, when Bush complimented a program or an
individual, that meant that the program or individual was getting the
ax. Based on Bush's compliment of Rumsfeld today in the press
briefing (see below), is it too much to hope that Bush could be considering
replacing his DOD secretary?

United Church of Christ ad highlighting Jesus' extravagant welcome called 'too controversial'
For immediate release Nov. 30, 2004 CLEVELAND -- The CBS and NBC television networks are refusing to run a 30-second television ad from the United Church of Christ because its all-inclusive welcome has been deemed "too controversial."
