Rep. John Conyers and the Democrats of the House Committee on the Judiciary Sent a letter dated December 2nd, 2004 to Bush-Cheney Campaign Ohio Campaign Chairman Ken Blackwell who also happens to be the chief election authority in Ohio asking for a response to 35 issues pertaining to the November election.

They sent another letter the next day to Blackwell clarifying several points in the previous letter and inviting Blackwell to hearings on the Ohio elections being held by the Democatic members of the House Committee on the Judiciary.
