Above all other issues, there is one item that cannot be excused by any decent human being in the country. In fact, if George W. Bush were a decent human being, he would withdraw Samuel Aliito's nomination immediately.

What is that issue?

In the analysis piece, "Dueling Alito Ads", written by James Ficaro, FactCheck.org shills for Samuel Alito's nomination in the guise of a fact check. The piece attempts to discredit Alito critics while giving pro-Alito forces a free pass on the facts.

FactCheck.org points out that an anti-Alito ad isn't accurate when it claims that Alito violated a pledge made to the U. S. Senate because Alito "may" not have actually been involved in one of the three cases cited in the ad.
