Here's an idea to help the deficit

The Red States get back $1.25 from the United States government for every $1.00 paid in taxes and the Blue States get back 75 cents for each $1.00 paid in taxes. In 1803, the United States made a horrible mistake. We purchased the Louisiana Territory, which comprises a huge portion of the Red States, for $15 Million from France.
