Republican Senators Frist and Warner decided to cover their own asses
on Tuesday by attacking the President's Iraq policy while the President
was traveling in Asia.
This is a new low for the hypocritical Republicans who have viciously attacked the Democrats for cricizing the President while he was traveling outside the country. The best explanation is that Senate Republicans are cowards who do not have the courage to stand up to Bush when he is in Washington. They waited until the President was out of the country to demand that he tell the country the status of the war, his ... more » Sunday, November 13

When confronted by Tim Russert's evidence that the president had more detailed intelligence than congress, Ken Mehlman claimed that the president had intelligence that was even "scarier" than that provided to congress. After admitting that Bush had additional information that congress did not have, Liar Mehlman continued to repeat the lie that the congress saw the same intelligence seen by Bush. ... more »Wednesday, November 9

In Pennsylvania, the Dover Area School District Board of Education passed a resolution requiring that intelligent design be promoted to 9th grade students as an alternative to evolution. A group of parents responded by sueing the school district to force the rescinding of the policy. That case is currently in the courts. But, this is so important and relevant to the way that George Bush has trashed our reputation around the world, that we think this cannot be overlooked.) Powerful new evidence emerged yesterday that the United States dropped massive quantities of white phosphorus on the Iraqi city of Fallujah during the attack on the city in November 2004, killing insurgents and civilians with the appalling burns that are the signature of this weapon. Ever since the assault, which went unreported by any Western journalists, rumours have swirled that the Americans used chemical weapons on the city. On 10 November last year, the Islam Online website wrote: "US troops are reportedly using chemical weapons and poisonous gas in its large-scale offensive on the Iraqi resistance bastion of Fallujah, a grim reminder of Saddam Hussein's alleged gassing of the Kurds in 1988." ... . more »Saturday, November 5

Ken Mehlman stated on Meet the Press this morning that, "The Democrats in congress saw the same intelligence on Iraq that George Bush saw."
American White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan staged a rally Saturday afternoon in Austin, Texas in support of Republican initiated Proposition 2, a ballot initiative to amend the Texas Constitution, upon which Texans will vote in Tuesday's election.
