talking about rescuing people, Republican Governor Hailey Barber of
Mississippi spent ten minutes on CNN talking about what he was going to
do to looters.

Americans,
I find this both appalling
and disgusting in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. People have
lost everything, people have died, businesses ruined and where this catastrophe
will increase the price of oil. Yet, Bush finds time to play the
guitar. America, he has miserably failed
you. Then again, this does not surpise me in the least especially
when he said at one time, "If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot
easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." -GW Bush during a photo-op with
