W, "our man" doesn't want to "play the blame game" unless he's the one doing it, and he's blaming the CIA, the Pentagon, the Democrats, both in and out of Congress, and others for his screw ups. But "our man" shonuff don't wanna deal with the "blame game" if somebody might blame his "wonderful" ass for one damn thing.

Damn it, with W's poll ratings falling so much, it's gotta be time to start a war in some small third world country which has oil if "our man" gonna get to moving back into his "mission accomplish/top gun" mode of past "fame." As Robin Williams would say,
