A prime example that USA wants everyone to avenge OUR victims and be damned!
VHeadline.com commentarist Mary MacElveen writes: In a Miami Herald Column they claimed that Venezuela and Cuba are not helping in the war on terrorism or rather than Bush's war on "terra..." Bernardo Alvarez, the Venezuelan Ambassador to the United States, had this to add: "Washington demands collaboration on terrorism but has been silent to Venezuela's requested extradition of Posada Carriles and two Venezuelan officers charged with bombing foreign consular buildings in Caracas." more »

Is going backwards in time the best course for Venezuela at this point?
VHeadline.com commentarist Mary MacElveen writes: As I read Oscar Heck's latest piece a light bulb moment hit me when he asked: "If Chavez is so bad for the country, why then does he continue to win the support of the majority of Venezuelans?" He stated the information quite accurately. In the program he was testifying about, he was speaking "truthiness." The spying on Americans was being done in OTHER programs. But we caught that the day it happened. Click here for original article... more »

Drug addict and Republican icon Rush Limbaugh settled his first fraud case related to his drug abuse. On Friday, he turned himself in to police and was released on $3,000 bail on a new fraud charge. On the charge of doctor shopping, the right-wing extremist, who has said on the air that drug users should get maximum penalties, will have have those charges dropped in 18 months if he continues drug treatment. He also paid $30,000 to defray the public cost of the investigation. That is about half the amount he is paid for each hour of hate he spews on the ... more » |
