Thousands of demonstrators greeted Condi in Great Britain this week taunting her with slogans such as "Hey, Condi, hey, how many kids did you kill today?"
Rice admitted that Bush, Cheney and Rumseld are brain-dead as she answered questions.
Asked if the administration had learned from its mistakes during three years of war, she said officials would be "brain-dead" if they did not recognize where they had erred.
To insult the British further, Rice visited the Liverpool high school that Paul McCartney attended as a teenager. British media did point out the irony since McCartney is a peace activist. Many of the students walked out of class to protest. The host of a concert that Rice attended in Liverpool canceled his appearance in protest. A performer played John Lennon's "Imagine" and "All we are saying/Is give peace a chance" to protest her attendance.
Conservative Party member and Foreign Secretary under Margaret Thatcher, Douglas Hurd criticized a speech by Rice. He said, “The killing of thousands of people, many of them innocent, is unacceptable whether committed by a domestic tyrant or for a good cause upon being invaded."
