If W doesn't let the Cuban doctors and their medical supplies in to help the victims of this disaster after he failed so miserably in taking action he should have taken to provide funds for the levies which could have saved lives in this region and failed to support efforts to combat global warming which experts internationally have pretty much of a concensus is the cause of these natural disasters including the tsunami in Asia and others, then it's time to tell him to stick it where the sun don't shine! He's undoubtedly the worse president this country's ever had!
