"We must have a foreign policy that is both strong and smart. Yes, the Republicans have been strong, but they haven't been smart. And the policy is one big mess, everyone knows it."
- Senator Chuck Schumer
Re: Burying Ron Paul: Digg.com and the Free Republic
by Chris S
Please, like the "left" is so righteous. Keep your blinders on, chum. Go ahead and forget about how the most honorable Nancy Pelosi sold her party down the river for AIPAC support after winning the midterms. Where was that provision about congressional approval before striking Iran? Oh, that's right, it is on the cutting room floor because Pelosi couldn't handle getting boo'd by a bunch of hawkish Zionists. Israel wants to bomb Iran, so we are going to bomb Iran. Your precious "Democrats" are the cut from the same cloth as the "Republicans" you despise and call corrupt, and it is sad that in your overzealousness you only see what you want to see. It doesn't matter what party is in charge, the US isn't going anywhere in Iraq. Grow up and wake up, we've all been duped and played for fools for decades and now the Internet is pulling back the curtain. Both sides of the aisle are trash, no establishment candidate is going to pull out of Iraq the way they should (i.e. Iraq is the new South Korea), and they are all working towards the same Communitarian agenda. What are they supposed to link to on digg? This article? Sounds like someone is a little jealous that people aren't "digging" their blog and want to blame Ron Paul supporters and call them "politically ignorant" which probably couldn't be further from the truth. It seems like the establishment is scared because ZOMG if people actually care this much about a candidate they might actually go out and vote for a change *gasp*? I bet that the ONLY reason anyone will even read this is because they put "Ron Paul" in a search engine and this article came up, not because of what this site is, what it is about, or the content in this article. Cry more.
